Special thanks from FCCA to Mina Rezk from Vitality Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. In an effort to decrease stress on the healthcare system, they are offering a Free 10-min virtual Consultations via telehealth for anybody that may have any musculoskeletal or orthopedic injuries. This includes anybody that may have recently injured themselves or have developed a new pain and are unsure if they need to seek extra medical care. Clients can call 613-425-7700 or email mina@vitalitypt.ca directly to schedule a 10-minute session with one of the Physiotherapists who can provide information and determine if they may need to see their family doctor/go to a walk-in/hospital or if they can provide advice for self-care management at home.
